Cosmetology
Our Cosmetology program is designed to give you the skills you’ll need to start an exciting new career in the beauty industry. Our instructors will teach you techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring, makeup, and nail design, as well as salon business and the information you need to know to pass your State Board exam.
Esthetics
The Esthetics program will give you training in many aspects of the skincare industry. You will learn to recognize skin conditions, provide a variety of facials, recreate the latest makeup techniques, perform hair removal, and more. You will practice these services on real clients on the student salon floor, using professional products. When you graduate, you will be ready to take your State Board exam and start a new career as a licensed Esthetician.
Manicuring
The 400-hour Manicuring program at Palomar Institute of Cosmetology is designed to give you in-depth training in nail care using OPI Nail Technology. After completing your classroom training, you will move on to the student salon floor where you will perfect your skills giving nail services to clients.
