“I had my hair done yesterday at Palomar Institute of Cosmetology. It was my first time and wow was I impressed. To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect or what the outcome was going to be. My hair had about 3 or 4 inches of regrowth and looked drab. My colorists were Gabi, Nallely, and their instructor was Ms. Juju. All were great listeners, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. They didn’t overlook any detail. They took pride in their work and really cared about the end result. I love the color!
